Coverage Period
All arcade machines purchased from STL Arcades include a One (1) Year Limited Parts Warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use for the following components:
- Internal electronics (PC, power supply, encoder boards, LED controllers)
- Arcade buttons, joysticks, steering wheels, pedals, and wiring harnesses
- Control panels and internal connections
- Factory-installed audio components (speakers, amplifiers)
- Manufacturer defects in the display (monitor warranty is passed through from the manufacturer)
If a covered component fails during the warranty period, STL Arcades, at its discretion, will repair or replace the affected component with a new or equivalent part.
Replacement parts are provided at no cost during the warranty period.
Installation & Labor
This warranty covers parts only.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for installing any replacement parts provided under this warranty. Installation instructions and remote troubleshooting support are provided at no cost.
For customers located within a 60-mile radius of Kirkwood, Missouri, onsite installation may be available at STL Arcades discretion, subject to scheduling availability. Onsite service may require an additional service fee unless explicitly included in writing.
Customers outside this service area are responsible for self-installation or arranging third-party service at their own expense.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or finish changes
- Normal wear-and-tear items (including springs, plungers, or buttons after heavy use)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, spills, or accidents
- Damage caused by improper electrical supply, power surges, or failure to use surge protection
- Damage resulting from relocation, improper transport, or storage
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party hardware or software
- Issues caused by operating system updates, network changes, or external devices
- Labor costs, onsite service, or third-party repair fees unless explicitly authorized in writing
Software & Configuration
All machines are delivered pre-configured and tested. This warranty does not guarantee compatibility with future software updates, third-party changes, or user-installed applications.
Remote troubleshooting assistance is provided during the warranty period at no additional charge.
Warranty Service Process
To request warranty service:

- Provide photos or video if requested to assist with diagnosis
- Our team will determine whether troubleshooting or part replacement is required
Most issues can be resolved remotely without returning the machine.
Shipping & Returns
- Replacement parts are shipped at no cost during the warranty period
- Return of defective parts may be required
- Customers are responsible for safely installing replacement parts using provided instructions
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of covered parts. STL Arcades is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, downtime, or lost revenue.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
