Will it fit through my doorway?+
Yes. The main cabinet is 30 inches wide, allowing it to pass through most standard interior doors. For added mobility, it features heavy-duty caster wheels, making it easy to position and move within your space.
Is the seat separate from the rest of the cabinet?+
The Racer is designed as a two-piece system. The seat module is separate from the main cabinet, making it much easier to navigate through tight hallways or around corners during setup. Once in place, they align for a seamless driving experience.
Does the machine require an internet connection?+
Not for gameplay! All games are pre-installed and 100% playable offline. However, we recommend a Wi-Fi connection if you ever require Remote Tech Support from our team or wish to download future software updates.
What kind of maintenance does the machine require?+
Our machines are built with industrial-grade components designed for years of heavy use. Beyond an occasional dusting of the screen and pedals, no technical maintenance or internal tuning is required.
How long will it take to get my machine?+
Because each machine is hand-built to order in the USA, our current lead time is 5 to 6 weeks for construction and testing. Shipping typically takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location. We will keep you updated throughout the build process!
What if I want another brand or component for my machine that’s not listed?+

Yes! Every Racer can be a one-of-a-kind piece. After you place your order, our in-house designer will contact you to discuss your vision. We will send you a digital proof for approval to ensure the design is perfect before it ever goes to print.
