Shipping Overview

All arcade machines sold by STL Arcades are built to order and shipped once assembly, configuration, and testing are complete.

Shipping costs, methods, and delivery timelines vary based on product size, destination, and selected options. Final shipping details are confirmed prior to shipment.


Build & Handling Time

Because each machine is custom built, orders require a production period before shipping.

  • Typical build time: 4–6 weeks, depending on model and customization
  • Build times are estimates and may vary based on component availability or workload
  • Customers will be notified once their machine is ready to ship

Build time does not include transit time.


Shipping Methods

Arcade machines are shipped using appropriate freight or specialized carriers depending on size and destination.

  • Smaller items or parts may ship via standard ground carriers
  • Full-size cabinets and racers typically ship via freight delivery
  • Machines are carefully packaged and secured to minimize risk during transit

Carrier selection is determined by STL Arcades unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Delivery Details

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery unless additional services are arranged in advance.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible
  • Being available to receive the shipment
  • Providing accurate delivery information

Inside delivery, stair carries, or white-glove service may be available at additional cost and must be arranged prior to shipment.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.

  • Visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Photos of any damage should be taken immediately
  • Damage must be reported to [[email protected]] within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage within this window may limit the ability to file a carrier claim.


Shipping Damage & Claims

If shipping damage occurs:

  • STL Arcades will assist with carrier claims when properly documented
  • Replacement parts or repairs will be coordinated as appropriate
  • Damage caused by the carrier is not considered a manufacturing defect

Do not refuse delivery unless the damage is severe and clearly documented.


Delays & Force Majeure

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

STL Arcades is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or natural events
  • Labor shortages or strikes
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Acts beyond our reasonable control

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Address changes after production has begun may result in delays or additional fees
  • Re-routing shipments after dispatch may incur carrier fees, which are the responsibility of the customer

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Additional transit time
  • Customs clearance requirements

These costs and responsibilities are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.
